These gator heads were for sale at a store I went to today. The tag informs you that they were bred on an alligator farm for their skin and meat. The eyeballs were replaced with marbles. Yes, they eat gator down here. If these are too big for you, they have baby ones too. Go Gators!

We hung out at Dunkin and did some homework.

There was no school today. It was a teacher work day. I do not remember having those when I went to school?!?! It was also my brother's birthday today, and my cousin's is on Wednesday. We decided to go to Dave and Buster's. We haven't been since we moved to Florida. They didn't have one in the area, but there is one in Orlando now! The food was good as well as the drinks. Then we played some games. Can you believe that Gorilla is 9000 tickets?!?!

After a few month hiatus, she is back in Girl Scouts. Just in time for cookie sales. Not looking forward to that, but I guess it has to be done. She is in a new troop, I think she will like it.

We went to the MLK parade today. It was nice, she got lots of candy. They didn't have the carnival they usually have but there was a bounce house and the play ground and some music.

Feeling like a holiday. I got out of work early today, early meaning 8 hours instead of the usual 16. We are going to hang out in the house and so some craft and watch football. This is ASA being silly again. I actually just took the picture behind me, didn't even know what I was getting;

I must talk about this popcorn. It is caramel with some chocolate on it. It is really good. I got it from someone at my job. I think I will be looking for it next time we go to Disney!

Going to get some hot chocolate. It does get cold in Florida. Who knew?!?!?!

Well I guess today was really my last day off. Really back to work for the weekend, 32 hours. Then school starts back up on Monday. I figured I would be really busy for the next couple of months, so I would just relax today. I am still going to try to keep up with the project, because I like doing it. Although I went on a little Flickr group joining rampage. Let's see if I can keep up with all of those.

Well about the pictures...Asa just took her usual take my picture smile/pose. My 366 pic is of the Wii screen. I thought it was funny. I set up my Mii avatar. Then I did the Body Test, and my Mii blew up!! Too funny. If that is not motivation, I don't know what is!!

Well it is almost official. Back to school next week. I went and picked up my books today. It is amazing how much they cost. Then when you try to sell them back and they don't want to give you much. Then they put it on the shelf and charge 3x as much!! Other than that not much going on today. It has been cold the last couple days, so not trying to go out much. I didn't move to Florida to be cold! Well it would be worse back in Mass, so I guess I will just suck it up. It doesn't last long!

Not much going on today. I worked overnight last night, came home and went to bed this morning, then right back for 3-11. I didn't see Asa today. Of course she was sleeping when I got home today. It was her first say back at school.

The other picture is of my caramel latte I made with my Tassimo. For months I was confused on which way to go between it and the Keurig. I liked this one because it make cappuccino and lattes. Although you can have more of a selection with the Keurig. So the Mr. decided for me. I am still a little confused if I should exchange it after looking for the coffee for this, but I found the latte, now I am thinking maybe I WILL keep it!

Well today was the last day of vacation. I go back to work tonight, and she goes back to school tomorrow. It was great while it lasted, but back to reality. We had another lazy day, just hung out and watched movies. It was actually cold here, so it worked out.

Happy New Year! It has been a while since I posted anything because I did not complete my project for 2011. I am starting back up this year. I actually missed the project. Even though sometime it seems like work. It really is worth it to see the end product. I will try to stay focused this year and keep up to date. That was my biggest problem. Once I fall behind, it takes so much time to catch up.
We didn't go out this New Years' Eve. We stayed in and watched the ball drop. We were going to try to make it there this year, but it didn't happen. We just went up that way after Thanksgiving, so we were not looking to make that trip a month later. Hopefully next year we can spend the holidays in the Big Apple. We can visit, and do some sight seeing.
We didn't do much today, we went out to the mall for a little while. I have been mostly relaxing for the last few days before going back to work. Now I am just ready for some football! Waiting for the Giants/ Cowboys game. Go Big Blue!!

Happy Earth Day! We went to the park for a little bit. She played, then did her Earth Day clean up. Other than that we just hung out, it was nice both of us having the day off. The other picture is of a little tool thing I have had since junior high school. We made it one of the shop classes. Can't believe I still have it sitting around.

Today we went to a Geology event for Girl Scouts. It was a little longer than I expected but it was really interesting. They seen some fossils, learned about people & animals that lived a long time ago. They also learned about how the stat of Florida's coast line has changed.

We went to a Pioneer Day event. This was an old typewriter. Looks like it was had to use! The pic of Shea Shea is of her washing clothes the old way. I told her I should have her wash her clothes like that, maybe she would keep them clean. We also seen some tools they used to work the land, a house where they lived,a barn, a carriage , how they used to take the corn of the cob & make cornmeal, and some other things.

Monday. It rained all day today. It suppose to be like this all week. I guess I will be in the house all week. I almost forgot her picture today. She reminded me before she went to sleep. I haven't been writing anything as I upload these pictures, since I am over a month behind! I do remember this day. It was on a Saturday and I worked some overnights and running around like a chicken with it's head cut off, trying to get the day off. Then I get there and I'm told it's a nature hike! I thought we were going to be in the AC, just doing some craft stuff. I was somewhat ticked off considering it was a long walk in the dirt & thru nature. It was so hot & I had inappropriate shoes on! The Girl Scout people didn't give any kind of idea what we would be doing, considering it was suppose to be a day for the girls to learn about GS around the world. I would have went to work!
